At MUD Jeans®, we believe in a circular economy and want you to be fully satisfied with your sustainable denim. If your jeans aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

• 1.
  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed, unworn jeans with original tags intact back into the reusable MUD Jeans packaging to minimize waste.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier point.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our circularity team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-10 business days.
